Blurred shots that’s something we all know, happens to the best of us. But a good hand holding technique can save many pictures. Back in June 2007 I was at a seminar in Copenhagen where Joe McNally was teaching. Among all the amazing lightning tips we was also treated to a superb hand holding technique.

The only downfall with this technique is you have to be a left eyed shooter to use it. Its all about putting your shoulder forward, but I will not try to hard to explain here since there is a little video on it.

Watch it practise it and you will be able to hold shutter speeds you did not think possible.
